Pasta Timer

Cook pasta al dente every time with our pasta timer. Use plenty of salted water (1 tablespoon per quart) and stir occasionally. Test for doneness 1 minute before the timer ends - pasta should have a slight firmness when bitten. Remember it continues cooking slightly after draining.
